We would rather be told so we may endeavour to resolve any grievance a customer may raise and put it right. Where it is reasonable we will seek to complete any remedial action in an amicable and professional manner.

Where we cannot resolve any complaint using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we use the Dispute Resolution Ombudsman to resolve any disputes.
