We ask clients to work with brochures, product catalogues and colour charts so that they can specify the choices and requirements. In doing so we have a fixed point of reference to work from in order complete the works to match your personal expectations.

To ensure this, our priority before beginning any painting and decorating project is to have a clear understanding of your exact requirements and confirm your choices in terms of products, colours and finishes.

Once you have chosen your colour scheme and products, the biggest impact on the finish of your painting and decorating will be determined by the preparation of the surfaces.

Whilst painting and decorating can hide a multitude of sins, to achieve a high-quality decorative finish you need to ensure that the preparatory work is done properly. In fact, you will often find removing old wallpaper and paint can reveal hidden damage that needs to be put right before redecorating.

With a skilled team of painters, decorators and plasterers we are able to offer a complete service to ensure your walls and surfaces are properly prepared and finished to a high standard. This may include stripping wallpaper, paint or varnish, minor repairs such as filling holes and cracks, or more extensive work such as skimming or replastering walls and ceilings.

If you are looking to have a room or your home decorated, you will of course want to obtain some advice and a quotation. We are happy to arrange for one of our team to come to your home, take a look, discuss your requirements and make recommendations.

If you have chosen your paint, wallpaper and finishes it would be helpful if you could have swatches and samples available for us to look at. We will then be able to make an assessment of the work to be done. This will consider the extent of any preparation and repairs, special requirements and the time required to complete the project. We will then be able to come back to you with a full quotation with a breakdown of materials and labour.
