The Contract between the parties will comprise of the provided Quotation and the attached Company Information – Provision of Service Regulation document.

GPL Plasterers do not accept responsibility for any breakages if the owners possessions have not be moved by customer.

GPL Plasterers do not except responsibility for and damage to new floors if the customer has not covered them properly. Eg: Corex plastic or any other thick plastic covers.

All debris to be removed from site.

Everything will be left clean and tidy, dust sheets will be used.

During the process of work, when uncovering walls, ceilings, old mains pipe work, sewage etc, there may be extra costs for work that can only be found at demolition stage. We have tried to cover everything.

The price quoted includes labour, materials and tax.

All estimates exclude parking and congestion charges. Parking costs will be added to any invoices where required and subject to a 20% increase.
Parking permits are preferred.

Changes to the total price for the work – The quoted price is based on the job as seen.  The price given is subject to change if any unforeseen situation arises, or if you make alterations to the original specification. Any changes to the price will be discussed with you and confirmed in writing as a revised quotation for you to sign and agree to.

Payment is due on satisfactory completion of the work.

We accept payment by BACs transfer or in cash.
